Insider:
- Nexus One supports Flash.
- It has better graphics.
- Verizon has much better 3G coverage.
- It has a better processor.
- Its battery is so much easier to replace.
The list goes on and on.
Outsider: But it’s not an iPhone.
The questions you as a marketer should ask are: #1) Are there more insiders or outsiders in our market and #2) which group are we marketing to?
