I want a pocket size Internet communication device, but I don’t think I actually need an iPhone. Maybe an iPod touch 3G with video camera is more like it.
You see, I am more than happy to pay the $30 3G (or 4G) data plan to ensure that I can have access to the Web anywhere anytime – I practically live on the Internet. But paying another $35 for 450 ‘anytime’ minutes when I can connect with all of my friends and contacts through email, instant messenger, Google Voice, Facebook, and Twitter (all for free) just seems like such a waste of money.
Beware: the future of cellphone industry might not have the word ‘phone’ in it.
