Make Your Customers Proud

When someone buys your product, it’s the equivalent of them choosing you over anyone else in the world — making you their number one. It doesn’t matter if it’s because of your pricing, service or advertising.

It’s easy (and tempting) to forget about your existing customers and put most of your resources on getting new ones. After all, we all want more market share, more revenue, and more incomes.

One of the most overlooked areas in marketing is the constant reassurance to your customers that they have made the right decision all along — before, during and after the purchase.
