Here is the deal: as soon as you place your “trial” order, they are going to ship you a full month of the ColnX product ($89.89). The only way that you can avoid paying for it is to: receive the product, obtain an RMA number, and send the product back, and you get 14 days to accomplish all that. If you don’t want to pay, we strongly recommend that you start dial their “customer service” number as soon as you place your order. Good luck!

1. TRIAL OFFER
The 14 day trial period starts on the day you place your order and includes processing and transit time. Upon ordering, you agree to pay the non-refundable $3.95 shipping and handling fees for the free trial bottle. Unless you call customer support to cancel before the end of the 14 day trial period, you will continue with our Value Autoship Program. 14 days from your free trial order date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another fresh 30 day supply of ColnX and the form of payment that you used to order the trial will be billed the Member’s Only price of $80.90 plus $8.99 shipping and handling for a total of $89.89 for the monthly supply.
2. VALUE AUTOSHIP PROGRAM
Unless you cancel before the end of the 14 day trial period, the Value Autoship Program will ship you a fresh one-month supply of ColnX beginning about 30 days after you place your trial order and every 30 days thereafter . When each supply ships, we will automatically charge the monthly fee of $80.90 plus $8.99 shipping and handling (for a total of $89.89) to the card you provided when you signed up for the trial offer. You may cancel your enrollment in the Value Autoship Program at any time by contacting customer service at 800-729-8572 or support@ColnX.com.
3. COLNX RETURN POLICY AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All shipments in the Value Autoship Program are covered for 14 days from order date of any transaction by our 14 day money back guarantee. That means you can return your shipment within 14 days from the date of order for a full refund of the purchase price less s/h. To return the product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) from customer service by calling 800-729-8572. Clearly include the RMA number on the outside of the package. All returns must be received with 30 days from the intitial call to our customer service department. You are responsible for return shipping. I am really having trouble receiving my refund.
I returned the product as requested in in email as an un-opened package with the RMA # clearly marked on 9/8/09. I discontinued my orders and received no refund. I was instructed to wait 2-4 weeks for the refund.
I sent an email inquiry to support@colnx.com on 10/3 and again on 10/5. No response.
I called the company at 1 800 949 0138 on 10/27 and all the person could tell me was it was charged to my acount. He couldn’t quite understand I was looking for the refund not the charge. He just keep repeating the info and calling me mam.
I then called 1-800-354-8573 and was told to re-send my two previous email from early October and support would respond to my request within an hour. She said my package was received 9/11 however it was returned refused so the corporate office has to manage the refund.
10/28 – I didn’t receive response from support@colnx.com this time either. I googled the company and came up with the number of 800 729 8572 who again said my package was received 9/11 however it was returned refused so the corporate office has to manage the refund. I asked for the corporate office number and she said she couldn’t give it to me. I have to contact them in email. I explained I had already done this and received no response. She said wait 24 – 48 hours and see if they respond. I am waiting.
My RMA number is 63970-98 and my confirmation number was: 81697.
I want my the amount of $89.89 charged to me on 9/3/09 refunded.
Teri, I am sorry about your troubles, but unfortunately, I don’t have ANY relationship with ColnX.
I also want to point out to everyone that please beware of this company. It looks like that they won’t refund your money even if you follow ALL of their instructions.
Because they start your “risk free” trial the moment you order, and can take a while before they ship it, you lose a week or your 14 day trial. so, by the time you do request a refund or a cancellation, it’s already too late. Scammers, big time. Go to the health food store and get it cheaper. The store isn’t going to disappear (hopefully) in 14 days. You know, if their contact numbers aren’t any good, it’s a pretty sure bet that they are not a good company and you can forget about that $1500 dollars.
