Pleasantly Surprised!

As I was putting together my new desk over the weekend, I noticed a note that came with it, and it reads:

Congratulations on your new purchase

Before doing anything else, please check to be sure that you have received all parts for assembly of this product. If you find any part missing or damaged, we will remedy the problem so there will be no need for you to return to the store. Email, Fax or Call us and we will attempt to ship (via UPS) any needed parts within 48 hours.

Maybe everyone in the office furniture business does the same thing, but I still have to say that I am impressed! And if that’s the case, we could all learn a thing or two about Customer Service from these guys.
