When someone is visiting your website…
- Is he getting what he is looking for?
- On top of what he is looking for, are you offering him things he would want but didn’t think of in the first place? (remember, you are the expert!)
- If he has a question, will it be answered? If so, how quickly?
- Are you offering enough so that he will likely come back to visit you again for more information/content? If he chooses to subscribe to you, can he?
- Is he impressed enough to forward one of your pages (or some content on that page) to his friends? Is it easy for him to do so?
